چکیده
Let sk = 1 √ N (v1k, . . . , vNk) T , with {vik, i, k = 1, . . .} independent and identically distributed complex random variables. Write Sk = (s1, . . . , sk−1, sk+1, . . . , sK), Pk = diag(p1, . . . , pk−1, pk+1, . . . , pK), Rk = (SkPkS ∗ k + σ 2 I) and Akm = [sk,Rksk, . . . ,R m−1 k sk]. Define βkm = pks ∗ kAkm(A ∗ km ×RkAkm) −1 A ∗ kmsk, referred to as the signalto-interference ratio (SIR) of user k under the multistage Wiener (MSW) receiver in a wireless communication system. It is proved that the output SIR under the MSW and the mutual information statistic under the matched filter (MF) are both asymptotic Gaussian when N/K → c > 0. Moreover, we provide a central limit theorem for linear spectral statistics of eigenvalues and eigenvectors of sample covariance matrices, which is a supplement of Theorem 2 in Bai, Miao and Pan [Ann. Probab. 35 (2007) 1532–1572]. And we also improve Theorem 1.1 in Bai and Silverstein [Ann. Probab. 32 (2004) 553–605].

Performance of reduced-rank linear interference suppression
The performance of reduced-rank linear filtering is studied for the suppression of multiple-access interference. A reduced-rank filter resides in a lower dimensional space, relative to the full-rank filter, which enables faster convergence and tracking. We evaluate the large system output signal-to-interference plus noise ratio (SINR) as a function of filter rank for the multistage Wiener filte...
متن کاملApplication of Non-Linear Functions at Distribution of Output SINR Gaussian Interference Channels
We have examined the convergence behavior of the LSCMA in some simple environments. Algorithms such as Multi¬ Target CMA, Multistage CMA, and Iterative Least Squares with Projection can be used for this purpose. The results presented here can form a basis for analysis of these multi-signal extraction techniques. Clearly, the variance and distribution of output SINR obtained with the LSCMA is al...

Artificial neural network (ANN) has application in communication engineering in diverse areas such as channel equalization, channel modeling, error control code because of its capability of nonlinear processing, adaptability, and parallel processing. On the other hand, wavelet transform (WT) with both the time and the frequency resolution provides the exact representation of signal in both doma...
متن کاملSignature Optimization for DS-CDMA with Limited Feedback
We examine a Direct Sequence (DS)-Code Division Multiple Access (CDMA) system with signature optimization for interference avoidance. Reduced-rank signature optimization, in which each signature is constrained to lie in a lower-dimensional subspace, is analyzed with a matched filter receiver. Performance is studied assuming that the signature coefficients are quantized for transmission over a f...
متن کاملInterference Mitigation of Replay Attacks in GPS Receiver using of Finite Impulse Response Filter
The vulnerability of civil GPS receiver to interference may be intentional or unintentional. Among all types of interference, replay attack intended as the most dangerous intentional one. The signal structure of replay attack is almost the same with the satellite signal. The interference effects can be reduce with the design of an appropriate filter in the receiver. This paper presents two meth...
